If they do not understand the details of the project management task, they should feel comfortable in approaching you with questions and any concerns that they may have. The third essential people skill that is needed to perform project management tasks is the ability to take feedback from the people on your team. You should also be able to give feedback to the individuals on your project management team. This will ensure that the communication of the team is open and all people are comfortable with communicating with you.
